ACREM is the champion of the 5th Edition of ‘BALFIN International Volleyball Championship’

The grand final of the BALFIN International Volleyball Championship 2025 delivered an unforgettable evening full of energy, competition, and team spirit, as ACREM triumphed over NEPTUN Kosova to be crowned this year’s champion.

The final match, held at the “Feti Borova” Hall, brought together colleagues, friends, and sports enthusiasts from across the BALFIN Group. Both teams demonstrated excellent skill and exceptional commitment in front of an enthusiastic audience, turning the court into a true celebration.

BALFIN International Volleyball Championship is a key event that brings together employees from across all countries where BALFIN operates. This year participated a total of 15 teams from Albania, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro. The tournament features group stages, pre-playoff matches, semi-finals, and the final, giving every team a chance to compete at a high level.

In the group stage, teams played multiple matches to qualify for the knockout rounds. Grupi A included Blafin Shpk, Neptun, Balfin Construction, Tirana Bank, and Balfin Development, while Grupi B featured ACREM, Milsped, Jumbo, BRE, and Electroservis. The top three teams from each group advanced to the pre-playoff and semi-final rounds, leading to the climactic final match.

During the awards ceremony, Elvin Nosi, Human Resources Director of the BALFIN Group, congratulated all participants and emphasized the importance of the championship:

“This championship reflects one of the core values of the BALFIN Group, collaboration. Just as on the volleyball court, our success as a Group comes from teamwork, trust, and mutual support. This is what makes us stronger together.”

Nosi also noted the Group’s achievements during the year, including the opening of the Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection and the arrival of two new international brands, Kiabi and Flying Tiger Copenhagen, which brought fresh energy and expansion opportunities.

At the end of the evening, ACREM players lifted the championship trophy amid applause, while NEPTUN Kosova was awarded second place. The championship not only celebrated the winners but also highlighted the dedication, team spirit, and connections built across the BALFIN Group.

Looking ahead, preparations are already underway for the next edition, expected to take place in Prishtina, Kosovo, promising an even larger and more exciting tournament.
