Job Position:             Digital Adoption Specialist

Department:              Transformation  

Location:                    Tirana

The Digital Adoption Specialist focus on the people side of transformation. Develop and implement change management strategies to help employees adapt to new processes, utilize digital tools, software and technologies to their full potential. The Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for communicating, providing training and support employees through the transformation journey.

 Main Responsibilities

Implementation Planning: Creating a strategic plan for introducing and integrating digital tools, considering factors like training, timelines and resources.

User Training and Support: conduct training sessions to familiarize users with the digital tools and provide ongoing support to address any questions or challenges.

User Adoption Strategies: Developing strategies to promote user adoption, ensure that the Balfin Group Companies ‘employees or clients embrace and effectively use the digital tools.

Data Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing user data to identify areas where adoption could be improved and to measure the success of digital initiatives.

Change Management: Assisting with change management efforts to help employees or users adapt to new digital processes and tools.

Collaboration: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT teams, managers, and end-users, to ensure smooth adoption and integration of digital tools.

Feedback Collection: Collecting feedback from users to understand pain points and areas for improvement in the adoption process.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation, tutorials, and guides to assist users in utilizing the digital tools effectively.

Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest digital trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions to improve adoption and productivity

Requirements

Competencies and Requirements

Possession of a bachelor’s degree, in the fields of Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration.

Familiarity with change management principles and practices is crucial to assist employees in adapting to new digital tools and processes effectively.

Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in training, user support, change management, or a related field is beneficial.

Strong training and facilitation skills to effectively educate and onboard users in the company. Ability to create engaging and informative training materials and conduct interactive training sessions.

Great understanding of digital tools, software, and technologies relevant to the Group Company’s needs.

Ability to analyze user data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the digital adoption process.

Strong Problem-Solving skills with the ability to adapt to learning new technologies quickly and be able to troubleshoot and provide support when needed.

Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English
