I joined Green Coast in April 2020 as a Finance Officer. From day one, I had the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues who didn’t simply teach me the technical side of the role, but also influenced the way I think, communicate, and face challenges. That mentorship, combined with a strong sense of teamwork, became the foundation of my journey. Over time, I took on broader responsibilities, and with each new step came more learning, more growth, and more confidence.
Was there a moment when you realized you made the right choice
Not one single moment, but many small ones that added up. The moments when support felt natural. When questions weren’t judged, but welcomed. When doubts were treated as part of the learning process. And when my development was clearly seen as a long-term investment, those were the signs that I was exactly where I needed to be.

I’m most proud of the trust I’ve been given, and the chance to contribute to meaningful processes that truly matter. More than any individual achievement, I see my growth as the result of consistent support, guidance, and confidence throughout the journey.
