Balfin Group has joined the World Economic Forum and the Regional Cooperation Council RCC. The 21th of February 2020 for the first time in Tirana was introduced the Accelerator on regional level for cempetitiveness and innovation for the Western Balkans.

Balfin Group is part of this leadership group and was represented on this event by the Executive Director Ms. Edlira Muka.

This initiative aims to support the Western Balkans in improving the regional economy through innovation, support for entrepreneurship and the private sector’s journey to the European market and beyond.

Accelerator is a public-private collaboration platform that aims to support the region to improve competitiveness and ensure continuing growth.

The main goal is to identify initiatives that can contribute to increasing the diffusion of innovative technologies, as well as identifying specific business models by directing ecosystems to a more inclusive and sustainable techno-economic model.
