The European University of Tirana, gathered some of the most famous experts and leaders in the field of human resources in a seminar entitled “Changing Perspectives of Human Resources” within the UET-HR Club. In this discussion, Balfin Group was represented, by the Director of Human Resources Elvin Nosi.

The organizers of the event stressed the importance of human resource development for the public sector and the private sector, as the main source of economic and social development of the country.

In his speech, the Director of Human Resources of BALFIN Group, stressed the importance of employees in the further development of the Group. “Our focus remains on training and developing people, through the creation of innovative development programs aimed at motivating and retaining talents,” he said.

In response to the interest of the attendees within the spaces created by BALFIN Group for young people, Nosi said: “Apart from the dedicated programs that has been implementing for many years such as ‘Talent Pool’ and ‘Balfin Training Academy’, Balfin Group also pays attention and importance to the employment of young people. Furthermore, over 30% of young people who have completed an internship with the Group are subsequently employed. This makes BALFIN Group one of the most favorite employers of Albanian youth. ”

This activity is held by the European University of Tirana for the sixth year in a row, with the participation of leaders and representatives of the largest private companies, as well as public administration institutions in Albania. The purpose of the activity is to share experiences between managers and human resources experts in Albania and to evaluate the steps that can improve the labor market for the future.
