She kicked off her career as an intern in the Communication Department after applying to the B4Students program and is now rocking it as a Marketing Specialist at Fashion Group Albania. What keeps her excited? The constant learning, the amazing people, and the collaborative vibe that makes her feel like she’s in the right place.

Frenklin, take us behind the scenes of your journey at BALFIN Group. What’s the story of how you came on board and what’s kept you excited to stay?

My name is Frenklin and my journey at BALFIN Group is one I’d like to remember as the start of a long and promising career. I started as an intern at the Communication Department and now I work at one of the most well-known companies of the Group, Fashion Group Albania as a Marketing Specialist. One simple click led me here, a year later at the exact time when I first applied at the B4Students program. It was a bit unexpected when I got the call for my first interview, since it had been a while and I had almost forgotten about it, but it was a “meant-to-be” moment for me from the very beginning.

Was there a moment, big or small, when you looked around and thought, “I absolutely made the right choice joining BALFIN Group”? What was that defining moment like for you?

Definitely! I have always anticipated and looked for changes in small moments. I was amazed by the fact that I was learning so much every day and was surrounded by such professionals that were constantly collaborating & helping one another, encouraging me to get the most of that experience and advising me on what to expect in the future. It surely defined me, as I not only found myself in the right place and time, but it taught me pure work ethic.

What’s your proudest achievement here at BALFIN Group? The one moment or accomplishment that you can’t help but brag about.

Well, it’s not related to the work I have done exactly, but rather the approach I had towards people. Getting to know them, creating connections and sharing experiences. It has always been about people for me.

Tell us about a recent win, something that not only boosted your career but left a personal mark on you. What made it so meaningful to you?

I do not have one yet, but when I do, I am telling you guys first.

We’ve all had that ‘only-at-this-company’s moment. What’s the one experience at BALFIN Group that’s unforgettable and could only happen here?

The ability to adapt so quickly to situations and dynamics is very admirable. Everyone is synchronized and in perfect tune with one another. It’s really about their synergy, which at the time I didn’t really understand it, but being part of the Group, it makes it impossible to miss it.

Imagine your best day at work. What went down that made it so memorable, and why did it feel like the perfect day at BALFIN Group?

Sharing sweets and working in pure happiness on a hot summer day and everyone being surprisingly more productive than usual, while sharing a few jokes and getting everything done well and in time. I think it was the sun or the fact that it was Summer, either way I have a mental snapshot of that and whenever I think of it, makes me happy I got to live it.

If you had to share one message with everyone reading this about your time at BALFIN Group, what would it be? Something you wish people knew about your journey or the company.

Fate works in mysterious ways, and there is something very beautiful about the right place and time. Although things are not as easy as they may seem, it’s all about making that experience worthwhile remembering and not letting the opportunity pass you by. It got to you for a reason.
