Global Entrepreneurship Week/ Mane Encourages Young Talent: I Support Every Step and Idea You Unfold

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, Samir Mane, President of BALFIN Group, met with the young participants of the “B4Students” program to discuss business, its challenges, and the difficulties that accompany it, as well as the “package” of traits a young entrepreneur should have.

“B4Students” is a program specifically created for students by Mane Foundation, aimed at professionally empowering them and connecting them with the business world. Among the young people present at the meeting were those currently pursuing their studies and doing internships at companies within BALFIN Group; students who recently gained employee status, also at BALFIN, and, most importantly, young people who want to be part of the business world with their skills and innovative ideas.

Samir Mane shared his personal journey with them, emphasizing the importance that BALFIN Group and Mane Foundation place on ambitious young people through the “B4Students” program.

“When I see so many students who are part of BALFIN in various ways, it brings back memories of my beginning, when I only had a business idea that made me take many economic risks, even though many were against it. Today, here we are, all together, in a large group like BALFIN,” said Mane, further highlighting the importance of “B4Students” and its concrete impact on young people.

“This program creates countless opportunities for young people. So far, we’ve received over 300 applications for business ideas, many of which have turned into reality. Additionally, we have provided over 1,400 internships and 50 scholarships…” Mane reflected.

The meeting concluded with an appeal to the young people to continue daring, working with passion, and following their dreams without hesitation.

“Your future begins with the focus you show throughout your studies, with one step and one new idea. We are here to support you and to show you that perseverance and passion are always rewarded,” concluded the President of BALFIN Group, leaving space for fruitful discussions where the young participants shared their views and ideas not only with him but also with mentors and professionals present from various industries.

“B4Students” offers not only financial support but also prepares young people for the challenges of the business world. The program aims to empower students to build a better future and contribute positively to the community.
