The benevolent efforts of Mane Foundation and Green Coast, responding to World Vision Albania’s call for support, enabled 40 children and teens from the city of Himara and surrounding areas to embark on an entertaining experience of empowerment through a unique CSR project: the Summer Camp in Himara.
For many underprivileged children and teenagers, summer can be a time of missed opportunities and limited resources. Therefore, Mane Foundation and Green Coast came together to sponsor this transformative initiative by close CSR partner, World Vision Albania. By pooling their resources and expertise, they aimed to make a significant impact on the lives of noninvolved children and teenagers in the area. World Vision Albania, with its vast experience in supporting vulnerable communities, served as the ideal partner organization for this project. Their deep understanding of the local context and the needs of the participants ensured that the summer camp was tailored to deliver lasting benefits and positive change.

- Inclusion: Promoting an environment of diversity and understanding, where every participant feels valued and accepted for who they are.
- Teamwork: Instilling the value of collaboration and teamwork in achieving common goals and overcoming challenges.
- Self-esteem: Empowering participants to build self-confidence and believe in their unique abilities.
- Stereotypes and Bullying: Addressing issues of stereotypes and bullying, promoting empathy, tolerance, and respect for one another.
- Building Healthy Relations: Providing guidance on fostering healthy relationships with family members and peers, emphasizing communication and mutual respect.
