Job Position: Brand Communications Manager

Job Summary:
The Brand Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s objectives and brand identity. This role leads multi-channel marketing initiatives—including digital, traditional media, and in-store promotions—ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all markets. The position also involves managing a digital team, coordinating with external agencies, and overseeing budget execution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy and Planning:
- Design and implement an integrated communication strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication effectiveness across platforms.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
Digital & Social Media Campaign Management:
- Monitor sponsored campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Manage digital strategy implementation and performance tracking.
- Supervise and develop a team focused on digital communication channels.
Agency and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with external agencies and third-party partners to support campaign execution.
- Lead and implement the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) action plan and initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Budget Oversight:
- Assess communication campaign effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements.
- Generate regular performance reports for senior leadership.
- Monitor and manage the marketing communication budget to ensure cost-effective execution.
Work Experience and Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand communications or public relations, preferably in the retail industry.
Skills and Other Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Creative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of media landscape and public relations best practices.
