Job position:                Call Center Operator

Summary: Call Center Operator is responsible to handle customer queries, resolve delivery-related issues, and support our last-mile delivery operations. He/ She will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, delays, or issues;
  • Provide real-time updates on package tracking, delivery times, and any changes in service;
  • Assist customers with rescheduling deliveries or redirecting packages as needed;
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate teams;
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics teams to resolve any last-mile delivery problems;
  • Maintain up-to-date records of deliveries, failed attempts, and customer feedback;
  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and address any delays;
  • Provide clear and concise communication to both customers and internal teams;
  • Performs additional tasks on the orders of the direct superior.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in logistics, last-mile delivery, or transportation);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer issues;
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Familiarity with logistics and delivery systems is a plus.
