Summary: The Architect of the Client is fully responsible for managing the relationship with the client, from the sale of the unit to its final delivery to the client. The Client’s Architect directly oversees the coordination of the client’s requirements with the construction company, the client’s representative studio, the investor’s interests, and the work schedule. The Client’s Architect monitors the work schedule, keeps the clients informed about the work phases, finishing processes, and reports on the progress of every client request.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintains relationships with clients;
• Maintains continuous communication with the construction site;
• Studies and becomes familiar with the developed project and its specifications;
• Communicates with clients, proposes architectural solutions, and coordinates between the client’s architectural studio and the construction site team;
• Participates in meetings with clients to collect any changes they have regarding the internal spaces of the Villa/Apartment;
• Consults clients on possible changes to the project;
• Accepts project deliverables from client studios if they comply with the construction contract, plans, approved permits, and legal regulations regarding land use and development;
• Sends the revised project to the estimator for calculating additional costs;
• Analyzes construction drawings for consistency with the developed projects and occasionally makes adjustments;
• Checks the estimator’s work to ensure that all requested works from the client are included;
• Sends the additional work estimates to the client and obtains written approval from them;
• Keeps clients informed about the progress of the work in accordance with the schedule;
• Assists in scheduling architectural work processes based on the overall timeline;
• Frequently visits the construction site to ensure that the plan is being followed correctly;
• Collaborates with team leaders for finishing works, working with engineers, urban planners, cost estimators, contractors, and other architects;
• Designs various elements of the project as per the superior’s requests;
• Regularly documents and stores the entire process of client relationships, from the purchase of the unit to its delivery, in accordance with the contract;
• Prepares various reports as requested by superiors;
• Prepares weekly reports on individual work progress;
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Education: University Degree in Architecture

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in design and implementation;
• Strong coordination and work organization skills;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and solutions;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to offer technical solutions to the project;
• Critical skills in the detailing of finishes, expressed both functionally and aesthetically;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of additional foreign languages would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of legislation regarding land use and development;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of BIM programs (such as Revit, Navisworks, etc.) would be considered an advantage.
