Job Summary: The Clients Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing client-related financial activities and ensuring the accuracy of relevant financial reports. This role includes monitoring, controlling, and reconciling sales invoices in compliance with applicable fiscal legislation. Additionally, the Client Finance Officer maintains strong relationships with internal departments and the sales team, while tracking contracts and client payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the accurate recording of sales invoices in compliance with applicable fiscal legislation.
  • Responsible for reconciling client accounts until the finalization of contracts;
  • Creates, organizes, and maintains client records both electronically and physically;
  • Regularly reviews and reconciles receivables accounts;
  • Monitors and reports on client contracts and payment collections;
  • Develops, coordinates, and oversees financial reports related to client activities;
  • Analyzes and ensures the proper implementation of finance and sales procedures;
  • Assists in the periodic preparation of the company’s cash flow statements;
  • Monitors client financial commitments and transactions;
  • Acts as a liaison with internal and external auditors during client-related audit processes;
  • Handles any ad-hoc financial tasks as required;

 

Education: University Degree in Finance;

 

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related financial field;
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision;
  • Strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure;
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Financa 5;
  • Strong command of the English language;

 

Previous experience in an investment company is an advantage.
