Position:         Commercial Manager

Position Summary:

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the commercial development and management of the rental program contracts between residents and Balfin Real Estate & Hospitality. Negotiate agreements and develop commercial lease and rental plans to identify new/potential customers to maximize revenue following the business plan.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draws up KPIs on income and leasing, in periodic reports or according to requests;
  • Creates baseline data of FB and Retail partners or potential brands/businesses;
  • Compiles the budget of income from rent, promotions, etc.
  • Follows the approved business plan in detail. Develops and gives ideas on leasing strategy;
  • Formulating and updating databases for rental contracts, promotions, etc.;
  • Maintains and updates the database of rental contracts/promotions;
  • Leads negotiations with interested parties for the rental of various facilities/spaces;
  • Conducts information and negotiation meetings with different parties;
  • Makes weekly reports on the status of negotiations;
  • Compiles and transmits to the parties the notices related to the contracts in force;
  • Conceptualizes and guides the development of various commercial areas, lifestyles, etc.;
  • Drafts and develops business plans for the development of various assets with a commercial profile.


Job Experience:

  • Have similar work experience in this profile.


Other skills:

  • Degree in Law, Management, or Finance;
  • The ability to think calmly and professionally handle problems;
  • Very good negotiation skills;
  • Experience in sales;
  • Performs work with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of customer information;
  • Clear and detailed communication skills;
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems;
  • Ability to follow instructions thoroughly and work with minimal supervision;
  • Very good knowledge of the English language and other foreign languages ​​would be an advantage;
