Stella Mare is a joint venture established by Milsped and bALFIN Group. The creation of this new company follows the successful cooperation in the field of logistics and transport between the two companies. Stella Mare is representative of Maersk Line Company, the largest group of shipping containers in the world, offering its services in Albania. Stella Mare offers its services to customers in Albania and Kosovo, and will continue the expansion of Maersk presence in the region. Stella Mare operates through weekly service in the port of Durres. Maersk offers the fastest service in Albania for refrigerated containers from South America as well as dedicated service from all Asian and European ports to Albania
Job position: Customer Care Operator
Department: Customer Care
Location: Tirana
Summary: Sea-Freight Customer Service operator need to process all client’s requests for new bookings with POD Durres Port, informing clients about all necessary details and registering all data in system.
Operational Duties:
- Communication and organizing new ocean transport bookings with Maersk Line agents from all around the world;
- Professional and ethical communication with clients and fulfilment all business requests;
- Input all data in the operational system;
- Printing and checking incoming invoices;
- Creating and sending invoices to customers;
- Informing customers about process of inland transportation and Customs procedures, time of departures, and others important point of transport;
- Preparation of documentation for customs authorities;
- Following import monthly statistics;
- Follow up with documentation process with Line;
- Create and follow up disputes;
- Any other task requested by manager.
- Education
- University Degree;
- Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in the ocean transport;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Other requirements:
- Good handling work under pressure and ability to prioritize;
- Excellent organization and communication skills;
- Team work oriented;
