Job Position: Digital Project Management Senior Specialist

Overview
The Digital Project Management Senior Specialist is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of Digital Related Projects and Initiatives within Balfin Group. The Project Management Sr. Specialist ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the priority as defined by leadership and implemented as per the technical contractual agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements project management strategies and priorities that align with the Digital Transformation Department’s and Balfin Group’s overall goals and objectives.
- Ensures that the project is completed successfully within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements. This includes managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring that project deliveries are as per contractual terms and leadership expectations.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints. This involves forecasting project costs, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
- Identifies and manages project risks, including developing risk management plans, monitoring risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed the required quality standards. This involves developing quality control processes, monitoring quality, and implementing corrective actions as necessary according to Balfin Group standards.
- Continuously improves project management processes and methodologies. This involves identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and identifying new technologies to optimize project performance and efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure that stakeholders are satisfied with project outcomes. This involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations, and addressing concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Competencies and Skills
- Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing a wide range of different projects.
- Proven track of working in managing cross functional or group level projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience managing and leading digital related projects from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all involved stakeholders, executive management and vendors.
- Strong analytical and detailed oriented skills to determine project risks and mitigation plan, budgeting and contractual terms. Possession of a master’s degree, in the fields of project management or computer science.
- Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions.
- Prior experience or know-how in retail & real estate industry processes, as well as real estate & retail digital project implementations is a plus.
- Proficient in English, as the role involves collaborating with international stakeholders and communicating project updates to diverse teams.
