 We are seeking to welcome a candidate in the Early Collector Officer (Band 2T) position to join our Collection Unit, Retail Recovery Department reporting directly to the Head of Unit.

Overall Job Definition

The Early Collector Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the collection process of outstanding debts and payments from customers. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial stability of the bank by minimizing the level of delinquent accounts. Collectors work in collaboration with customers to establish repayment plans, negotiate settlements, and resolve any outstanding financial obligations.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting delay customers from 10 days in delay and above, aiming to collect as many non-performing loans as possible.
  • Performing over 200 actions per day
  • Registering communication with customers in the Collection System
  • Correspondence via email with branches on updating contact information for NPL-client
  • Notification to branches on payment to loans in different account
  • Performing phone calls as per branch request
  • Notifying branches or third parties on Credit Card overdue information when needed
  • Any other duty that is delegated to the employee by the supervisor

 

Competencies / Skills:

  • University degree in Economics related fields
  • 1 year + of experience in entry level positions in Tirana Bank, or in the Banking Sector
  • Complete knowledge of both Equation and Collection Systems
  • Understanding of the basic concepts of banking, loans, credit cards, customer service
  • Persuasion Skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Write appropriately in a professional language to branches
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Team Work & Collaboration
  • Fluent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
