Summary of the Position:
Electrical Engineer in the Technical Dept. in the Shopping Center is responsible for performing all electrical services in the electrical system such as (power distribution points, MV panels, LV panels, main supply lines, main load distribution boards, solar panels, power factor improvement panels cost, generators, HVAC system control panels, MKZ, Hydrants, etc.) and monitors/controls the system’s well-being by reporting the technical status to the Technical Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the use of all electrical processes referred to the installed technical systems by performing equipment checks, necessary interventions and daily maintenance of the systems.
2.Lead the performance of electrical works and special systems in necessary or emergency cases.
3.Plan, organize and monitor daily work to ensure that all stages are being carried out according to the established parameters.
4.Monitor and control the cost of maintenance of the electrical system and special systems.
5.Coordinates the work between the technical group for performing electrical services and special systems.
6.Prepares and monitors the implementation schedule of electrical works and special systems.
7.Compiles and coordinates the work for the preparation of maintenance manuals for electrical installations.
8.Participates in the drafting and implementation of the technical insurance regulation regarding electrical installations and electrical technical staff.
9.Compiles and controls monthly situations.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering profile.
- Experience in CAD and MS is an advantage.
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in the same or similar positions.
- Very good coordination skills in electrical works, ventilation – air conditioning, etc.
- Very good skills in installation and testing of electrical systems, skills in drawing electrical plans.
- Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Very good leadership skills.
- Experience in CAD and MS is an advantage.
