Position:           Employee Engagement & Employer Branding Specialist

Summary:  The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement within the organization. This role involves closely monitoring employees’ personal and professional development and collaborating with supervisors to help them improve their relationships with employees.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Announce new employees within the company and across various related structures of the Balfin Group;
  • Manage the Performance Evaluation process, ensuring integration into personnel files and generating relevant reports;
  • Oversee the entire employee orientation process, providing all necessary information;
  • Conduct market research for training courses, presentations, and fairs that align with the company profile;
  • Coordinate with all Human Resources disciplines to establish standard reports, ensuring timely and standardized reporting;
  • Organize and coordinate various activities to implement the activities plan;
  • Address staff issues, mediate conflicts, and manage disciplinary measures, ensuring proper documentation in personnel files;
  • Contribute to the company’s annual planning and strategy, focusing on activities, employee development, and employer brand positioning in the market;

 

  • Address employee demands and escalate them to HRM and respective superiors for resolution;
  • Assist employees and managers in assessing training needs;
  • Analyze training requirements based on annual performance reviews and other methods to establish career performance and continuity planning for key positions;
  • Facilitate selected training activities focusing on specific areas of professional expertise for all employees and management;
  • Propose employee relationship practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high employee morale and motivation;
  • Develop and propose new reporting standards and monitor Human Resource Department KPIs;
  • Continuously create surveys to measure employee satisfaction;
  • Review survey results and propose action plans based on findings;
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather information on reasons for leaving and improve retention rates;
  • Evaluate the company’s culture and climate, proposing changes to HRM to enhance employee satisfaction;
  • Establish best practices and standards for engaging employees through competitions, recognition programs, etc;
  • Conduct research to assess the positioning of the employer’s brand in the internal market and beyond;
  • Develop and use matrices to evaluate and track the success of the employer’s brand.

 

Education: University Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data effectively;
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and advanced Excel;
  • High level of creativity and strong collaborative skills;
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken skills (knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage).;
  • Ethical in relationship with colleagues;
  • Proficient in typography;
  • Systematic and organized.
