Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: ACREM Offices, TEG

Reports to: CEO of ACREM

Job Description

The Executive Assistant is the first point of contact in the CEO’s office. This role serves

as an important bridge between the CEO and/or company managers and officials of

other companies. It coordinates the work between the CEO and internal departments

and supports the CEO’s needs during daily operations.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Organize the CEO’s schedule and meetings.
  • Take minutes during CEO-organized meetings and delegate related tasks to the

appropriate persons.

  • Delegate to responsible individuals various CEO requests or issues related to

daily company operations.

  • Collect and process data for preparing various business reports as requested by

the CEO.

  • Prepare official correspondence and notifications to partners, state institutions,

or private entities as requested by the CEO.

  • Follow up on work processes for ongoing and new business development

projects, as well as contractual relationships with clients.

 

  • Arrange hotel and travel bookings for the CEO and managers for domestic and

international trips, following company policies and procedures.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the CEO.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 3 years in the same or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent command of English (knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred).
  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for report preparation.
  • Methodical and organized.
  • Honesty and integrity.
