Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Department: HR Department
Reports to: CEO
Location: Tirana

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator plans and implements the recruitment process according to the needs of the company’s departments. Keeps under supervision and control all administrative processes of the company. Oversee legal changes regarding the obligations of employees of the company or state institutions.

Main Responsibilities:
– Prepares and administers the personal files of employees, ensuring that they are provided with all the necessary employment documentation, as well as based on the employment relationship, designs and follows the process of providing the relevant employment contracts for all personnel;

-Prepares the monthly payroll for the personnel within the deadlines required by the company and ensures that every month the personnel payments are correct and on time, the process of the border, payroll and monthly insurances;

– During the period of preparation of the respective budgets of the company’s departments, prepares, controls and manages the budget of the Human Resources department according to the annual plan;

-Based on the different dynamics of the company, recommends appropriate changes to the company’s internal regulations and approves new procedures;

 

– Plans and implements recruitment activities for the company’s employees by completing all the necessary recruitment/promotions/dismissal procedures and conducting the interview/selection process, creates and administers the data obtained from the interview process.

– Updates the company’s HR systems according to the necessary data;

– Notifies the structures regarding the policies and procedures of the company, requesting compliance with the deadlines of these procedures from all departments;

-Monitors the process to ensure that all documentation of company policies and procedures is completed and processed for registration without delays;

-Initiates and monitors the employee performance evaluation process, ensuring that all necessary deadlines are met and that the process complies with the company’s Employee Performance Evaluation Policy.

-Performs the protocol of all documentation in the company and asks the departments involved in the process to respect the protocol process;

– In accordance with the allocated budget, it enables the inclusion of the staff in various trainings according to the needs that the employees may have in accordance with the company’s requirements.

– Reports to Balfin Human Resources according to the requests and needs that are sent for information from them as well as compiles the various monthly reports or according to Balfin HR requirements.

-Creates and generates various Human Resources reports according to company needs.

 

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree is an advantage.

Work Experience: At least 1-3 years of work experience.

    Other Qualifications: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of the English language

Very good organization, coordination, planning & monitoring skills.

Very good communication skills.

Ability to work in a group.
