Job position: Human Resources Specialist

Department: HR Department

Location: Tirana


Position Summary:  The Human Resources Specialist will run the daily functions of the HR Department including, administer compensation and benefit plans, leaves, and enforcing company policies and practices.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Prepares and manages the payroll process;
  • Prepares and processes the statements in the tax system.
  • Monitor HR Budget to ensure the expenses are within budgeted costs
  • Responsible for processing employee data in HR systems;
  • Prepares and administers the personal file of the employee and the employment contract;
  • Monitors the process to ensure that all policy and procedure documents if completed and records them by identifying and correcting problems;
  • Registers the annual leave list and administers the overtime list;
  • Makes compilation of various monthly / semi-annual / annual reports;
  • Completes all necessary procedures for recruitment / promotion / removal of employees;
  • Conducts the interview / selection process, creates and administers the data obtained from the interview process (database);
  • Sends the necessary information to the store management for the movement of staff, for staff vacations, for staff uniforms;
  • Shows a high level of effort and commitment, acts within the structure of the organization shows a reliable behavior and responsibility.


Requirements and Abilities:

  • Bachelor level, Faculty of Economic;
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking;
  • Interprets, applies and explains rules and procedures;
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Excellent organizational skills and be able to work within set deadlines;
  • To learn and apply computer programs for office functions with minimal instructions.
