Position: Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary: The HR Specialist assists the Human Resources Department in administrative and operational processes. They are responsible for following and implementing procedures and ensuring their compliance within the company.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports and participates in interviews for positions up to level 4-T;
- Oversees and assists in the pre-onboarding process for new employees assigned to specific project(s);
- Supports the regular updating of employee data in the relevant database;
- Assists in collecting documentation related to performance evaluations and probation periods for staff in the assigned project(s), ensuring they are properly filed in personnel folders;
- Supports market research for new recruitments that align with the company’s needs;
- Conducts market research for training courses, presentations, and fairs that align with the company’s profile;
- Prepares timely reports as required by the department;
- Manages the attendance tracking process for staff involved in the specific project(s);
- Assists employees in understanding and following Human Resources procedures;
- Addresses staff concerns, acts as a mediator in conflict situations, and handles disciplinary procedures, including drafting and archiving them in the personnel files;
- Handles employee requests and ensures they are resolved or escalated appropriately to the supervisor;
- Manages the offboarding process, ensuring that all required information is collected;
- Conducts project site visits to verify compliance with HR procedures;
- Assists in organizing and communicating training sessions for staff;
- Inputs working hours into the designated electronic timesheet system accurately and on time, including relevant comments, and ensures error-free submission at the end of each month;
- Manages the procurement of office supplies, from collecting staff requests to final delivery and preparation of related reports;
- Manages and coordinates the annual leave request and application process.
Education: Holds a university degree, preferably in the fields of social sciences, economics, law, etc
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of work experience in Human Resources;
- Previous experience in Human Resources;
- Proactive and initiative-driven, with the ability to bring new ideas to the department;
- Strong knowledge of labor and fiscal legislation (related to employment relationships);
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Capable of coordinating and balancing workload effectively;
- Supervisory and monitoring skills to ensure staff compliance with company rules and procedures;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills;
- Very good command of the English language;
- Integrity, trustworthiness, punctuality, and a strong sense of ethics.
