Overview
Join Balfin Group as our next Implementation and Support Team Leader and take the lead in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems. This full-time role offers the opportunity to manage infrastructure, support Helpdesk operations, and contribute to key IT projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee system maintenance and performance monitoring
Manage Helpdesk requests and escalate issues when needed
Coordinate preventive maintenance and support IT deployments
Train team members and standardize support protocols
Generate performance reports for capacity planning
Requirements
Competencies and Skills
Bachelor’s degree and experience in System Administration
Strong knowledge of business processes and software solutions
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a growth mindset
