Job position: Inventory Specialist (10 posts)

Department: Finance
Location: Tirana

Role: Is responsible for the accurate counting and scanning of products in accordance with the company’s standards; Coordinates inventories throughout the network and validates them in the system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in the preparation and making of inventory in all departments of the store;
• Counts and scans goods in accordance with company standards;
• Monitors and prepares reports on inventory differences;
• Is responsible for monitoring and recording the correct internal uses of the material base used, according to the company’s procedures;
• Is responsible for the systematization and inventory of the asset warehouse;
• Coordinates Inventories on a network basis
• Is responsible for their validation in the system:
• Performs the inventory of the company’s assets;
• To know the inventory system well;
• Informs the superior directly about the possible differences and anomalies of the stock in the system based on the daily checks he exercises;
• Informs the supervisor about every daily problem and suggests its solution;
• Excellent knowledge and supervision of all internal procedures related to products, hygiene and emergency cases;
• Actively participates in all projects related to his work;

Qualifications and Skills:

– Education:
University degree preferably in a related field.
– Work Experience:
Preferably previous experience on retail industry.
– Additional qualifications:

• Knowledge of MS Office.

– Additional skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in group
• Flexible with schedules and willing to work on night shifts
