Position:         Inventory Specialist

Department:   Retail

Location:         Tirane


Summary of the Position:

The inventory specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of his/her tasks in accordance with the general policies of the company.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for conducting and communicating store inventories.
  • Responsible for carrying out and communicating inventory in warehouses.
  • Conducts investigations on product movements according to physical and system state changes.
  • Performs control of the company’s assets.
  • Responsible for keeping records on the movement of products in stores and warehouses.
  • Responsible for keeping records for inventories carried out at different times.



Qualifications and Competencies:


  • Good knowledge of Navision program and MS Office ® .
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Very good ethics and communication skills.
  • Have good organizational and group cooperation skills.
  • To be an energetic and highly motivated person at work.
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
