We are seeking to welcome a qualified Junior ATM Technical Officer (Band 3T) to join our E-Channels Department reporting directly to the Head of Unit.
Overall Job Definition
Junior ATM Technician Officer is responsible for providing support and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure 24/7 availability of ATMs for customer usage.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of ATMs to ensure that they are operating at optimal levels
- Track/monitor/report the ATMs performance and availability issues
- Develop and maintain relationship with ATM vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and support for technical issues
- Coordinate with vendors for performing regular maintenance and servicing of ATMs (as per contract in force) to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Notify and coordinate with branch’ staff (or third party companies) to resolve ATM technical issues
- Notify and coordinate with third party vendor in case of ATM technical issues that can not be solved without their support
- Alerts affected bank staff and departments of scheduled downtime and service interruptions
- Maintain a register for ATMs faults escalation for prompt follow up and reporting purpose.
- Keep track of ATM inventory levels and order replacement parts or consumables as needed. Order and ensure that the inventory of ATMs supplies/spare parts (such as Cleaning Cards , ATM receipt paper, cassettes, etc) is sufficient.
- Perform the necessary steps for new ATM creation / configuration / installation by collaborating with internal or external vendors/providers.
- Follow up the process for the installation of new ATM-s or reallocation of existing ones.
- Participate in projects related to ATMs, responsible for:
- Normal operation of test ATM ensuring the correct of the service reporting bugs until all of them are fixed
- Performing test scenarios (if needed)
- Physical Installation of the Cash Deposit Machine
- Testing process of the new machines installed through cash advance
- Operational Support for the maintenance of the Cash Deposit Machines
- Any other duty assigned to the employee by the supervisor
Competencies / Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or related field.
- Very good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal or external partners
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot ATM’s technical issues
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft package
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Albanian and English languages
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
