Job Position: Junior Real Estate Project Manager
Department: Corporate Projects
Location: Tirana
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Program Manager RE in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate project meetings and follow-up on action items.
- Support Program Manager RE in maintaining communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to project planning and execution by performing research, analysis, and other tasks as needed.
- Supports Program Manager RE with any other request related to day-to-day operational activities.
Competencies and Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in related field, preferably in Real Estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Project or similar software, and ability to learn new software as needed.
