Job Position:              Junior Real Estate Project Manager  

Department:              Corporate Projects   

Location:                    Tirana

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist Program Manager RE in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate project meetings and follow-up on action items.
  • Support Program Manager RE in maintaining communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution by performing research, analysis, and other tasks as needed.
  • Supports Program Manager RE with any other request related to day-to-day operational activities.

 

Competencies and Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in related field, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools such as Asana and Microsoft Project or similar software, and ability to learn new software as needed.
