Job Description:

An Expansion and Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns from different channels as email, Inteliqua Platform, SMS platforms, VIBER etc. based on the business needs. This position is also responsible for maintaining relationships with new partners, as well as creating campaigns to achieve the partners’ goals and to promote their products.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content, design, and product) to ensure campaigns align with company goals and brand messaging.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to support campaign launches across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, web, and events).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign ROI, conversion rates, and other KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
  • Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align on growth initiatives and customer acquisition goals.
  • Manage databases to create effective mailing lists.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email, SMS, mobile app push notifications campaigns with actionable steps to keep marketing efforts up to date and successful.
  • Report weekly to the marketing manager campaign results and KPIs to ensure marketing efforts are successful.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 year + of proven email, SMS, mobile app marketing experience.
  • Must be tech-savvy.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of key marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience with strategizing effective email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Skills in graphic design and written content with an eye for brand aesthetics.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and use effective time management to meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio of previous work.
  • Preferred Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Economics or Marketing
  • Very good English
