Position: Marketing Assistant
Department: Marketing
Location: TEG/ ACREM
Summary of the Position:
The Assistant of the Marketing department is responsible for the coordination and tracking of invoicing for TEG and QTU as well as any third party involved. Continuously supports the Marketing Department.
Reports to Deputy Director of Marketing & TEG Brand Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination and tracking of invoices for all tenants of TEG/QTU & Galeria by TEG.
- Coordination with the Finance department regarding the income and marketing costs for TEG, QTU and Galeria by TEG.
- Tracking billings from third parties, such as TV, Radio and other communication channels.
- Integration of tenants in the campaigns of TEG/QTU & Galeria by TEG.
- Drafting and reporting in Excel format of all costs of the Marketing department for TEG/QTU and Gallery by TEG.
- Follow-up of all procurement processes.
- Arranging and archiving financial documentation of TEG/QTU and Gallery by TEG (physically and electronically).
- Archiving advertising campaigns and PR materials for each shopping center
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Marketing profile, Business Management or Finance.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the same or similar position.
- Strong English Proficiency
