Position: Marketing Coordinator

Summary of the Position:
Marketing Coordinator is responsible for proposing, processing marketing actions and promotional ideas in accordance with the objectives and identity of the shopping center. Prepares and submits all materials required for informational or promotional purposes in support of shopping center campaigns or company image.
Reports to Deputy. Marketing Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the follow-up and implementation of the Galeria by TEG shopping center campaigns.
2.Follows and implements the shopping center campaigns in accordance with the established directives.
- Responsible for the implementation of campaign costs, detailing with all explanatory documents and archiving respectively.
- Follows procurement processes according to directives.
- Responsible for maintaining a supporting and cooperative role for the collection of income in the center.
- Coordinates the implementation of the campaign with third-party entities and departments within the company.
- Follows the design, printing/production process, guides and monitors the implementation of the campaign.
- Follows the implementation of the campaign by the tenants and coordinates them together with the management of the requests they have.
9.Specifies the terms of cooperation with the agencies, printing houses and other subjects involved.
- Communicates with other Departments on operational issues.
- Maintains a daily communication with the Tenants of the center for any issue related to the Marketing department.
- Responsible for the implementation and reporting of CSR activities in cooperation with Deputy. Marketing Director.
- Must be up to date with the latest news and marketing trends in shopping centers.
- Develops and implements comprehensive PR activations in accordance with organizational goals and objectives for Acrem.
15.Tracks and compiles high-quality articles, press releases and other promotional materials that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences according to company goals.
16.Provides ideas for press releases and promotional materials for the media to generate interest and coverage.
17.Monitors media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks and provide timely recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinates the distribution of press releases and other promotional materials in the relevant media channels, ensuring compliance with the deadlines according to the plan.
- Develops a PR plan for ACREM in cooperation with Deputy. Marketing Director.
- Handles and executes in publications the information belonging to Acrem.
21.Develops and implements crisis communications plans to effectively manage and mitigate adverse publicity or reputational risks.
- Pursue contractual relationships with external partners, including agencies, media, or others, ensuring compliance with agreements and results.
- Responsible for internal communication within the company and the group for Acrem.
- Is aware of, tracks and analyzes PR and KPI data to measure the effectiveness of PR releases and initiatives and compile regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- University degree, Marketing profile, Business Management, etc. (MBA preferred)
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the same or similar position.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Methodical and organized.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Creative thinking and strong analytical skills.
