Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing & implementing the marketing projects in the real estate market, as well as the PR and Communication strategy. He/she collaborates in a matrix structure with PR & Communication team, Digital Team, Market research team, Events & Activities Team, Account & Contract Management team and Customer Care team. His /Her focus will be the operational management of project-specific marketing activities and ensuring the tactical execution of approved strategies within the defined budget.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Feasibility and Market Research
- Engages in early-stage feasibility studies in collaboration with sales and development teams.
- Evaluation of competition through comparison at local and international levels.
Project analysis
- Studies and understands in detail the presentation of the project by architectural studios.
- Defines the competitive and unique advantages of the project in cooperation with the Sales and Development team.
Brand strategy development
- Prepares briefs for project naming, brand positioning, target groups, key messages, etc.
- Coordinates with the PR, Design and Market Research teams for building and positioning the brand.
Marketing strategy and budgeting:
- Participates in the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and the drafting of the annual project budget.
- Ensure confirmations from interested parties and periodically monitor the budget.
Campaign execution and management:
- Leads the design and implementation of the marketing campaign strategy.
- Defines successful marketing campaigns and ensures their implementation from conception to completion.
Digital presence and content:
- Through the digital team, manages the social media channels, Website and SEO of the projects to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
Material approval:
- Overseas and approves all marketing materials, from digital assets to printed brochures, TV spots, radio spots, etc.
Project and Client Relationship Management:
- Regularly updates project information through meetings with sales and project managers and site visits.
Data analysis and reporting:
- Monitors and analyze marketing data for campaign effectiveness.
Analysis of consumer behavior:
- Analyzes consumer behavior and adjusts campaigns and communication strategies accordingly.
Compliance with the procedure:
- Follows company procedures and participates in the review of marketing department procedures.
Work Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising marketing teams in a matrix structure.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making.
- Financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successful execution of project marketing strategies
- Achievement of project-specific marketing goals, including lead generation, digital KPI’s, sales, brand awareness, and client/ end-users feedback & satisfaction.
- Effective management of marketing budgets for its projects, with a focus on ROI. On time delivery & results of the campaigns.
- High levels of client/developer satisfaction, as evidenced by feedback and ongoing relationships.
- Project team evaluation.
- KPIs should emphasize the success of individual project marketing campaigns, client satisfaction, and the effectiveness of resource usage.
