Position: Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineer coordinates all mechanical services for heating and plumbing installations, both before construction and during project implementation. Oversees the installation of all mechanical/plumbing systems included in the project. Plans, organizes, and manages the work to stay within budget and deliver a high-quality project.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors the progress of mechanical works at all stages, from the concept design, implementation, and final commissioning, including hydraulic installations for Mkz Fu Fuv infrastructure and HVAC systems;
- Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of mechanical subcontractors to ensure all works are carried out according to the project parameters and the technical specifications set by the designers;
- Reviews and prepares the cost estimate for mechanical installations by compiling the total budget based on the approved designs;
- Identifies the market for materials and local or foreign mechanical installers, and coordinates with other departments on the selection process;
- Coordinates the work between different installation teams;
- Approves materials implemented on site and completes the corresponding documentation;
- Prepares and monitors the execution schedule of mechanical works in line with the general schedule of the project;
- Drafts and checks the monthly progress reports;
- Makes minor adjustments to the infrastructure installations, prepares the revised design, and sends it to the mechanical department for approval;
- Is responsible for the water supply lines for the workstations on site;
- Coordinates, supervises, and is responsible for the water supply lines from the water sources to the site entrance (including intake structures at the sources).
Education: Must hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Plant Engineering.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical systems, ventilation, and cooling techniques;
- Skills in coordinating mechanical, plumbing, ventilation, and cooling works;
- Proficiency in drafting, accurate planning, installation, and testing of mechanical systems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials, as well as project management;
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS is essential, along with the ability to read drawings and specifications;
- Knowledge in preparing subcontracting contracts for electro-mechanical installations.
