Position:         Media Strategy & Digitalization Project Manager

Summary of the Position:

 

The Digitalization and Media Strategy Project Manager is responsible for developing voices for all aspects of the company’s and shopping centres online presence.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  1. Creates, proposes and strategically plans the presence of TEG, QTU, Gallery by TEG for each profile such as: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
  2. Proposes and strategically plans the presence of TEG, QTU, Galeria by TEG in the necessary digital communication channels outside the company for PR or advertising purposes.
  3. Is aware of and receives constant updates on social media trends and strategies internationally.
  4. Strategically plans and organizes paid digital campaigns in accordance with the company’s annual objectives and in cooperation with the marketing team/responsible for the strategic plan and implementation of advertising in all social media channels,
  5. Generates initiatives according to the objectives defined for all digital channels based on the evaluation of the reports it generates and evaluates.
  6. Generates reports and interprets KPIs for proposing measures to improve performance and undertakes the necessary measures to achieve objectives.
  7. Coordinates and manages content on every digital channel, including all interested parties, tenants, other company departments through the company’s marketing department.
  8. Monitors, measures and reports campaign performance daily against agreed expectations and builds the necessary reports for all parties involved.
  9. Schedules the content and manages the relevant advertising budget to achieve the objectives of the digital channel according to the planned budget.
  10. Proactively proposes new solutions, activations and new ways to engage audiences and improve user experience.
  11. Is responsible for the development of all digital projects related to the marketing department that digitizes processes, services, and everything related to the consumer experience.
  12. Responsible for adapting best practices to bring optimal experience to customers in social media.
  13. Responsible from a strategic point of view and up to the on-air release of all content for the above-mentioned channels.
  14. It must identify new opportunities and ways to have the no. 1 position in online awareness, get the constant standard of the actors of the sector, at national and international level.
  15. Responsible for implementing changes to online submissions based on usability and analytics.
  16. Other duties assigned by the Head of the Department.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a similar profile.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar position.
  • Relevant technical knowledge or experience may include e-commerce, digital marketing, mobile applications, etc.

 

Competencies of the job position:

 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to interact with team members and executives.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Can make independent decisions within the competencies of the position.
  • Fluency in English and excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Technical knowledge and experience may include digital marketing, e-commerce, content services, mobile applications, data analytics.
