We are seeking to welcome a qualified Open Banking and Integrations Officer (Band 4T) reporting directly to the Head of Open Banking and Integration Unit.

Overall Job Definition

Analyzes supports and maintains all the operational assurance systems that support Bank’s operations mainly by focusing on the integration solutions.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes various workflows related to system functionalities
  • Analyzes the specifications and operating requirements for new and existing services/products
  • Assists in designing workflows and operational testing scenarios.
  • Implements systems functional testing and supports user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support the business to identify customer needs and make prioritizations for his area of responsibility
  • Support the managing of requirements regarding timelines and priorities
  • Resolves operational problems.
  • Updates parameters with values.
  • Prepares operational manuals for systems.
  • Provides support to TB employees for issues related to his area of responsibilities
  • Help personnel adjust to the related processes during times of change.
  • Any other duty that is delegated to the employee by the supervisor.

 

Competencies / Skills:

  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technical or similar discipline
  • Master’s Degree is preferable
  • Previous experience in the banking sector or similar disciplines is preferred
