Job Position:             Project Planning Coordinator    

Department:              Corporate Projects

Overview:

The position prepares various reports and assists the Project Planning Manager in the preparation of the necessary materials and ensures their execution according to the agreed plans/agreements.

Main Responsibilities

• Controls and coordinates the processes of permit applications.
• Coordinates and/or checks technical-legal documentation for applications for preliminary declarations, development permit and construction permit.
• Coordinates and/or checks legal technical documentation for applications for deed-control with the Municipality, applications for Certificates of Use/Mortgage.
• Keeping correspondence and documenting written information.
• Preparation of materials for Periodic Reports of Projects.
• Draws up/checks plans for permission.
• Create preliminary sketches using appropriate design software (CAD), which include the initial research phase of the project, evaluation, planning.
• Draws up the structures/drawings/plans in accordance with the investor’s requests and the laws/regulations in force.
• Drafts accompanying documents, requests, authorizations for applications in institutions.
• Maintains continuous communication with the institutions for the execution of the processes.
• Checks and supports the project files for the permit application if they are in accordance with the legislation in force and the requirements of the institution that grants the permit.
• Keeping correspondence and documenting written information.
• Drafts weekly reports regarding the progress of the processes of the projects in progress.
• Cooperates with other companies of the group for support and control of procedures that affect building permits.
• Visits the construction site to see the progress of the project in accordance with the Permits and reports on the situation on the ground.
• Cooperates with the staff of engineers at the construction site, urban planners, contractors and other architects.
• Familiarity with the company’s procedures, familiarity with the contracts of designers and implementers.
• Other tasks that can be assigned.

Competencies and Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering/Architecture.
• 4-5 years of experience in the coordination and planning of construction projects.
• Technical knowledge and expertise.
• Strong written and spoken communication in the required language
• Very good knowledge of construction and urban planning legislation.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.
• Use of 2D/3D package, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
