Position: QTU Operations Coordinator

Overview

The QTU Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the center manager in monitoring service providers, ensuring compliance with regulations by contracted tenants, issuing official communications, managing collections, and related tasks.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist the center manager with routine tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
  • Contribute to the efficient functioning of all center services, including external and internal security, cleaning, transportation, waste disposal, and technical maintenance.
  • Conduct monthly control and maintenance of subcontracted expense costs.
  • Manage communications with subcontractors on matters delegated by the center manager.
  • Monitor compliance with the center’s regulations by entities (e.g., shop opening and closing times, supply schedules, work schedules for new and existing entities, unloading areas, etc.).
  • Perform general and daily visual inspections of the center’s interior and exterior elements (e.g., stands, vases, store logos).
  • Monitor the payment of rent, electricity, and water bills by tenant entities.
  • Oversee the reporting of financial information submitted by the center’s units.
  • Coordinate with security, maintenance, marketing, leasing, finance, and legal departments to address tenant and shopping center requests or issues.
  • Supervise new store construction and coordinate with security and maintenance services.
  • Compile and distribute written notices to tenants regarding changes or updates to the center’s regulations or other relevant information.
  • Supervise and coordinate Loading Zone and Info Point staff.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the center’s parking system.
  • Prepare monthly presentations and reports on the center’s performance.
  • Organize daily tasks based on workload and priorities delegated by the center manager.
  • Submit weekly reports to the department manager on the center’s overall performance and any identified issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager as needed.

 

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Work Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate management.
Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
  • High levels of honesty and integrity in the workplace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adherence to deadlines and timely task completion.
