Position: Coordinator of the Retail and Franchise Department.

Department: Retail & Franchise.

Location: Tirana.

 

Position Summary: The purpose of the position is to coordinate and support all internal operations of the Wholesale & Franchise department which must be carried out effectively and efficiently in order to guarantee the achievement of the department’s objectives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The coordinator of the department coordinates the logistic part of all functions of the department;
  • Supports the issuing of detailed reports in order to ensure the progress of performance for all distribution channels;
  • Ensures that procedures are followed and evaluates sales contracts, in cooperation with the commercial department, or annual contracts;
  • Delivers to the HR department performance results of sales targets;
  • Performs orders in the system and supports with the logistics part, reconciles the issuance of VAT invoices by reconciling the balances with the Finance department on a monthly basis;
  • Reconcile between Neptun and Franchise systems in such a way that the real value of the stock in the franchise stores comes out and the rest is returned to the order;
  • Checks the application of tenders on a daily basis together with the dedicated person and supports with documentation in cooperation with other departments for participation in tenders/contracts.
  • Follows campaigns and supports the issuance of credit notes for franchises whenever necessary after prior confirmation from the Finance department.

 

Requests:

Education: Completed Higher Education (branches related to Business Administration are preferred)

Work experiences: Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Retail field.

 

Other qualifications:

  • Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs;
  • Have very good knowledge of the English language (written and communicated);
  • Very good communication and management skills;
  • Systematic and organized;
  • Ability to work on group;
  • Motivational skills;
