We are seeking to welcome a qualified Retail Loan Administration Officer (Band 4T) reporting directly to the Team Leader.
Overall Job Definition
Retail Loan Administration Officer is responsible for the disbursement, implementation & maintenance of Retail loans in compliance with the internal regulations and procedures in force.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collects and prepares all the documents after the loan approval up to disbursement
- Receives the necessary documentation from branches, in order to prepare the respective drafts contract
- Prepares drafts of the contract as per approved terms and conditions and finalizes them in cooperation with the Legal Department
- Responsible for the completion of the files with the requested approved documents
- Sets up the credit files according to the approved standards
- Prepares the borrowers position for disbursement or informative purposes
- Updates the information into the systems in place according to the internal procedures in force or instructions
- Responsible for the insurance policies renewal, loans repayment as per branch’s request as well as credit files disbursement and maintenance
- Responsible for strict implementation of the Bank’s policies and procedures in force
- Any other duty that delegated to the employee by supervisor within his/her area of responsibility
Competencies / Skills:
- University degree in Economics, preferably in Finance
- Working experience in Retail Lending Processes in the financial industry
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work in a team and eager to learn
- Very good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (word, excel)
- Very good knowledge in English language
