Job Position:             Sales Assistant – Mango QTU

Location:                    QTU, Autostrada Tirane – Durres, Km. 6, Kashar, Tiranë

Summary:

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating a well-organized and welcoming environment, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service and fulfill all customer requests.
• Achieve the sales objectives set by the company.
• Execute the timely launch of new collections.
• Check products daily and replace sizes as needed.
• Support the in-store product display process according to brand guidelines.
• Take responsibility for the products sold in the store.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and proper lighting.
• Oversee stock and inventory management according to FGA’s internal regulations on inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with company procedures related to material responsibility, such as return and exchange policies, cash register procedures, and marketing clearance processes.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Competencies and Requirements:

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
