Job summary:
The Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, supports budget planning, and manages relationships with existing and potential clients. He/she is responsible for generating new clients and following the entire sales process from pre-sale to contract finalization.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring continuous follow-up and development.
- Coordinates with real estate agencies for property sales and follows up on the preparation of cooperation agreements.
- Coordinates with involved parties to secure and monitor initial payments from clients, in accordance with deadlines defined in the preliminary sales contract.
- Finalizes sales contracts in collaboration with the legal, finance, and technical departments.
- Studies the real estate market, gathers client demands, and provides suggestions for project development.
- Assists the marketing department with information for the preparation of offers and enhancing the company’s visibility.
- Is involved in the early stages of projects to provide recommendations on products and sales strategies.
Operational Tasks:
- Informs clients about construction quality, prices, financing options, mortgages, and other services offered by the investor.
- Explains the key stages of construction and the project’s timeline according to the project plan.
- Presents and promotes the company’s portfolio of products, helping clients select the most suitable option according to their needs.
- Coordinates meetings between clients and financial institutions when financing is required.
- Drafts and assists in completing the sales draft contracts in cooperation with the legal department.
- Ensures coordination with internal departments for the correct finalization of contracts and completion of the sales process.
- Identifies and addresses client concerns, referring them to the appropriate team for resolution.
Working Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in sales or real estate.
Other Qualifications:
- University degree in business or related fields.
- Strong focus on results and client orientation.
- Excellent skills in sales management and building client relationships.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD (reading) is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, dedication to work, and flexibility to work under pressure.
- Ability to persuade, influence, and deliver effective presentations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Very good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
