Happy SHPK is one of the newest companies of BALFIN Group, launched in 2020. It provides Customer Care & Customer Experience services, Loyalty Programs, and market research services. The company offers high-level Customer Care services daily, conducts research, surveys, and measures customer satisfaction. Today, it has evolved into a comprehensive business solutions platform, specializing in integrated point-of-sale (POS) systems, electronic cash register (ECR) solutions, and loyalty program integration through smart devices and applications.

Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our financial products and services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and a strong interest in the fintech industry.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Clearly and persuasively present our ECR products and services to potential customers (POS fiscal systems), highlighting key features and benefits.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales supervisor.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products and services.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics in the CRM system.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales supervisor and product development teams to improve offers.

Competencies & Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
