We are seeking to welcome a qualified Senior Open Banking and Integration Officer (Band 4T) reporting directly to the Head of Open Banking Processes & Integration.

 

Overall Job Definition

The Senior Open Banking and Integration Officer analyzes supports and maintains all the operational assurance systems that support Bank’s operations mainly by focusing on the integration solutions.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated, focused and specialised on the Open Banking Integrations with other systems being they core systems or satellite systems integrated with Core.
  • Responsible for workflows analysis of Open Banking functionalities related to account information as well as payments initiation, being them inter or intrabank.
  • Support in designing workflows and operational testing scenarios in her area of responsibilities.
  • Responsible on the functional tests process in her area of responsibilities and support on user acceptance test process (UAT).
  • Cover smoothly not only the system upgrades and new releases, but also adopt gradually the transformation of the waterfall methodology to an agile one for new projects
  • Supports the business to identify integration points and mapping between systems;
  • Supports communication efforts and engages team leaders to actively participate in analysis, risk mitigation and management, as well as testing and implementation, whenever this is applicable;
  • Supports the managing of requirements regarding timelines and priorities;
  • Responsible to understand overall Bank Systems related to project scope, business requirements as well as the role and function of each project team member in a project;
  • Supports in coordination with the Delivery Manager to guarantee the project schedule to be on time, mitigating the risk generated projects inter-dependency;
  • Responsible for applying a structured methodology for all Change Management activities to assure quality control on all banking systems and applications integrated with Core functions;
  • Supports the Head of Open Banking processes & integration Unit on the requirements analysis with respect to Core systems and Operational issues;
  • Provides support to TB employees for issues related to his area of responsibilities
  • Any other duty that is delegated to the employee by the supervisor;

 

 

Competencies / Skills:

  • Owns a High School Diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Technical or similar discipline. Master’s Degree is preferable
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Bank processes, further experience on Operations and Payments is preferable
