Position:         Senior Payroll & Compensations Specialist

Summary of the Position:

HR Specialist supports the department and performs certain functions in the daily activity, in the implementation of the standards and rules established for the approved HR Policies and Procedures within the Balfin Group.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the process of monthly staff compensations according to the staff benefits document (fuel, subscription, cell package, health & life insurance package, etc.) as well as special needs such as temporary skills, certificates, travel reimbursements, voucher cards, etc.
  2. Responsible for the payroll process, finalizes payment lists and bank transfers. Reports to finance the breakdown of monthly personnel costs, monitors them in relation to the annual budget and reports deviations. It provides efficient solutions for keeping the respective costs under control & optimizing them.
  3. Follows the process of drawing up the annual budget plan on salaries and personnel compensations. Performs financial analysis necessary for personnel cost optimization in function of the annual budgeting plan. It helps to design the company’s strategy on personnel expenses.
  4. Prepares standard reports of dashboards, questionnaires, action-plans, according to established annual KPI or newly according to needs.
  5. Supervises the process of personnel attendance software problems (check-in/out) and pursues effective solutions in problematic cases with the goal of information accuracy in real time. Accurately monitors and validates the annual permit database in real time.
  6. Manages the performance evaluation process, year-end compensation, health or any other process during the year related to personnel benefits according to the company’s internal benefits & compensation policy.
  7. Processes and periodically prepares analyzes & reports related to personnel costs & periodic presentations on results. Suggests improvement & optimization plans that positively impact company performance.
  8. Processes all the details of personnel information related to the profile it covers in the HR software available to the company. It also prepares certain reports on the progress, efficiency and development of all processes referring to the profile it covers in the HR software.
  9. Ensures the proper implementation and development of HR policies & procedures, compliance with the Labor Code and internal regulations of the company, which are included in her role.
  10. It is actively involved in the implementation of every HR activity aimed at increasing the synergy, performance & engagement of the staff, as well as special programs according to the HR calendar.
  11. It is responsible for the storage of personal data and completes, updates & archives personnel documents in compliance with legislation & labor code, ISP requirements, etc., as well as the company’s internal procedures referring to changes for arrivals/departures, transfers, promotions, contracts, amendments, etc.
  12. Other additional tasks according to the volumes & needs of the department assigned by the manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in finance-accounting, Economics, etc.
  • Min 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
  • Various training related to HR and the processes covered in this area are a plus.
