Position:          Senior Recruiter & Development Specialist

Department:   Human Resources
Location:         ACREM HQ Offices, Tirana

 

Summary of the Position

The Senior Human Resources Specialist supports the department and performs certain functions in the daily activity, by implementing the standards and rules established for the approved HR Policies and Procedures within the BALFIN Group.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for drafting the annual recruitment plan & its development.
  • Follows the recruitment process for the announcement of vacancies by implementing the recruitment procedure respecting the timeline. Independently carry out recruitment processes for Band 1-2. It completes all the stages with the relevant documents until the finalization and selection of the candidate. It uses digital systems during the stages of the process. Prepares monthly reports on recruitment progress.
  • Conducts introduction training and attends onboarding programs for new employees. Organizes the work post & makes work tools available, completes asset forms, opens new users. Integrates relevant information on new users into digital systems.
  • Draws up the annual plan of staff events. Organizes various events or activities with the staff in the framework of Employer Branding. Follows job fairs and any activity related to recruitment, training & career development, as well as sports activities. Follows & develops the annual Employer Branding plan.
  • Responsible for drafting the annual training plan & its development.
    Organizes training according to the needs in each sector by implementing the training procedure, managing budgets, and respecting the timeline. Draws up depreciation accounts & develops analysis and monthly reports on trainings & their effectiveness. It uses digital systems during the stages of the process.
  • It is responsible for the implementation of the employee dismissal procedure and periodically refreshes the personnel report whenever there are changes. Performs reconciliation and completion of documents, handover procedure, handover of employee assets, closes users in the system, closes liabilities, etc.
  • Monitors, collects, confirms monthly personnel expenses on the relevant quotas according to the approved budget. Follows the special obligations until the respective liquidations. Collects & monitors specific needs or equipment with assets, work tools, uniforms, various needs, etc., referring to the respective approved budgets.
  • Ensures the proper implementation and development of HR policies & procedures, Internal Regulations, Code of Ethics and intervenes in solving related problems independently up to Band 2.
  • Follows routine procedures for reports, analyzes related to the activity that covers the activities of employees, etc.
  • Other duties assigned according to the department’s needs.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Exact Sciences.
  • At least 3-5 years’ work experience in HR profession.
  • English fluent and highly computer skilled.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package.
