Job Position: Shop Assistant

Location: Tirane

 

Job Purpose:

The Shop Assistant is responsible for meeting the logistical operating requirements of the store by serving as a coordinator, following the fulfillment of the needs of the shop and the staff in fulfilling their functional duties in achieving the business objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities:        

 

  • Responsible for preparing documentation for ES and other services as instructed by the company;
  • Responsible for laying in respective partner systems or Neptune intranets of relevant data warranties;
  • Assisting customers for online product warrantying wherever applicable;
  • Prepare daily the following store management reports as well as others if required by shop management (performance of staff according to KPI indicators; (cross-selling reports discount report; detailed by category of decision-makers; departure and exit transfers (transit); the ratio of the number of customers entering the store weekly; top-of-the-line and detailed categories for the shop);

 

 

  • Organizes and coordinates HD transportation and installations with drivers, CC or other stores;
  • Organizes and coordinates AC installations with ES and CC; Reporting and monthly framing;
  • Responsible for tracking distribution of marketing tools, photos and contacts with the marketing department to transmit the needs / needs of the store for marketing tools
  • Responsible for keeping list attendance, tours and communication with HR (sending by deadlines and relevant formats);
  • Contact person for HR regarding staff, documentation, etc;
  • Responsible for meeting the office chancellery and logistical needs of the store;
  • Delivering bids prepared by shop management staff to clients and third parties (institutions, private companies etc.) and keeping correspondence as per their requirements by always placing knowledge of shop management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University Degree;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software; excel; word;
  • 1-3 years of work experience in similar positions to data processing and organizational tasks;
  • Good knowledge in English;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Able to work in a group;
  • Ready to work under pressure and in challenging situations;
