Position: Site Architect

Location: Green Coast, Palasa
Job Summary: The Site Architect has a thorough knowledge of the project and its specifications. They prepare architectural drawings, compile tender packages, schedule architectural work processes, coordinate with team leaders for architectural finishing works, supervise the quality of work, and ensure compliance with project deadlines and material requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and ensures proper project execution by maintaining continuous communication with design studios, consultants, and clients regarding the project.
- Ensures that the materials provided for implementation are complete and ready for execution in relation to project disciplines.
- Prepares architectural drawings to be included in tender packages, according to their nature.
- Analyzes offers for compliance with the project and its requirements.
- Assists in scheduling construction and architectural work processes based on the overall work schedule.
- Collaborates with and supports team leaders for architectural finishing works.
- Supervises the quality and timeline of architectural works and materials.
- Documents all project phases and maintains related records to ensure timely updates before implementation.
- Gains knowledge of project execution, on-site conditions, and both the company’s structure and the specific project.
- Familiarizes themselves with company procedures, subcontractors, and contracts related to designers and contractors.
- Develops executive details for project implementation under the guidance of superiors
- Coordinates and provides necessary information to the finance department regarding finishing works.
- Manages orders for finishing materials on-site based on project specifications and client requirements.
- Maintains a chronological record of project submissions, modifications, and ongoing third-party project deliveries and prepares weekly individual reports and monthly progress reports, outlining project development and related issues requiring resolution.
Education: Possess a university degree in Architecture.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in both design and implementation fields.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D software, including AutoCAD; advanced programs such as Revit are a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to suggest solutions and make informed decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and solutions.
- Critical assessment of finishing details, both functionally and aesthetically.
- Capable of managing projects and coordinating work effectively.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.
- Excellent command of English; additional foreign languages are considered an advantage.
