Overview

As we expand our corporate communications strategy, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging visual and textual content for the social media channels of BALFIN Group and the CEO of the Group.

Main Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual and textual content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement a monthly content calendar and yearly social media strategy, including proposing creative content formats and themes.
• Produce, edit, and optimize videos, images, and graphics for digital platforms.
• Develop visually engaging content, ensuring consistency in branding and storytelling across all platforms. Optimize multimedia elements for different digital channels.
• Craft compelling, business-oriented copy that effectively conveys key messages and strengthens the Group’s corporate identity. A business journalism approach is a strong plus.
• Ensure that content is shared across multiple digital channels, including the company website and internal communication platforms such as the intranet.
• Track content performance, provide monthly reports with insights, and suggest optimizations based on engagement metrics.
• Work closely with subsidiaries and teams across BALFIN Group to gather relevant content and ensure aligned messaging.
• Stay updated on social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging content trends to enhance engagement and strategy.

Competencies and Requirements

• Minimum two years in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Business Journalism Approach: Strong writing skills with an ability to create informative, engaging, and corporate-aligned content.
• Ability to generate innovative and visually appealing content that aligns with the Group’s corporate tone.
• Strong ability to engage with various teams and stakeholders to source relevant content.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
