Summary:
The Social Media Representative provides support to all customers regarding their purchases and experiences through social channels like Facebook, Instagram, Chat, WhatsApp, and Viber, etc. Identifying, resolving, following up, and solving issues innovatively and accurately is essential for ensuring a good customer experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer messages professionally and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  2. Adhere to response time KPIs.
  3. Research necessary information using available resources.
  4. Handle and resolve customer complaints related to product sales and customer service issues.
  5. Provide information about the company’s services and products to customers.
  6. Process forms and orders requested by customers.
  7. Identify, escalate priority issues, and report to the supervisor/manager.
  8. Complete call notes and required reports and update them in the system.
  9. Collect and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  10. Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  11. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications and Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively and calmly in urgent situations.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
  • English language at B2 level.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
