Position: Technical Maintenance Manager
Department: Technical Maintenance
Location: Tirane
Summary of the Position:
Manager of Technical Maintenance in the shopping center is responsible for the coordination of all activities of the department, under the direction of the Director of the department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation of the strategy and processes of the maintenance department in accordance with the company’s objectives.
- Controls and takes care of the proper functioning of all the systems of the Technical Maintenance department in the center and reports to the superior.
- Leads the team of supervisors and technicians for the performance of electrical, mechanical, construction works and special systems in necessary or emergency cases.
- Together with the head of the department, creates a preventive maintenance system, as well as processes to maintain the technical systems.
- Cares for compliance with all rules, health and safety at work, ensuring a healthy and positive work environment.
- Coordinates the daily activity of the team of technicians.
- Maintains correspondence for sending orders to domestic & foreign companies for solving urgent technical problems that require special attention.
- Coordinates and supervises the team of supervisors regarding daily tasks and solving problems in the center.
- Maximize staff efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Orients and trains new employees.
- Prepares reports for the maintenance department.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the head of the department or the management of the centers.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Possess a university degree, Electrical/Electronic/Information Engineering profile.
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the same or similar position.
- Trainings in ventilation system, heating-cooling system.
- Trainings in the fire safety system.
- Trainings in the BMS system.
- Advanced studies in the field of Technology.
- Training for the system of elevators, escalators.
- Very good leadership and motivational skills.
- Very good negotiation skills with partners or third parties.
- Very good communication and collaboration skills with superior, team and third parties.
- Excellent computer and systems knowledge.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- To provide maximum support for solving everyday problems.
