Job Summary:
The Technical Supervisor is responsible for performing all Electrical/Electronic services related to systems such as HVAC, ventilation/air-conditioning, water collectors, water filtration systems, supply and drainage lines, solar panels (if present), HVAC control panels, fire alarm systems, hydrants, sprinkler systems, etc. The supervisor also monitors and oversees the proper functioning of these systems, reporting their technical condition to the superior.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for operating all electrical processes related to the installed technical systems by inspecting equipment, performing necessary interventions, and conducting daily maintenance.
- Leads the execution of Electrical/Electronic works and special systems when needed or in emergencies.
- Plans, organizes, and monitors daily work to ensure all tasks are performed according to established standards.
- Keeps maintenance costs of mechanical and special systems under control.
- Coordinates tasks within the department to carry out maintenance services.
- Prepares and monitors the schedule of works implementation in the units.
- Drafts and coordinates the preparation of maintenance manuals.
- Participates in the drafting and implementation of technical safety regulations.
- Drafts and oversees monthly reports.
- Participates in the handover process of units from the investor and group companies.
- Ensures uninterrupted power supply to all units in the resort.
- Takes immediate action and notifies relevant authorities and supervisors upon identifying unauthorized interventions in the electrical network or panels.
- Oversees the generator and ensures diesel supply, maintaining an 8-hour fuel reserve.
- Maintains and improves the lighting network.
- Inspects subcontractors’ electrical lines, extension cords, etc., to ensure compliance.
- Ensures proper care and maintenance of all company assets in the resort through the technical staff.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles in maintenance or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical system components, installations, network control, and maintenance.
- Excellent knowledge of technical safety regulations.
