Job Description:
As a Telesales Agent specializing in retail banking products, your role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for our bank. You will engage potential customers through outbound calls, showcasing an in-depth knowledge of our diverse retail banking offerings, including savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and digital banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to a targeted customer base, effectively promoting and selling retail banking products.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling tailored banking solutions.
- Articulate the unique features and benefits of our retail products, addressing customer queries and objections to ensure a positive sales experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics, consistently demonstrating a results-driven approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system, documenting interactions and preferences for future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share successful strategies, contribute to ongoing training, and stay informed about product updates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in retail banking or a related financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient computer skills.
- High adaptability to evolving product offerings and market dynamics.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
